Depression is defined as feeling worthlessness, guild, poor concentration, loss of energy, feeling to make suicide, restlessness, anxiety. The depression it causes lack of sleep, negative attitude, stress, not being active, avoid sunlight not getting help.

Circadian rhythm disorder is caused by desynchronization between the sleep and wake rhythms. The patients who are suffering from this typically have insomnia, excessive day time sleepiness. This can be cured by chemotherapy, bright light therapy, and enhancing the environmental cues. Sleep in a dark and quite room during sleeping. Maintain regular hours for eating and other activities.
