habit of writing out a list of the problems in your life to avoiding your
problems usually causes them to come back.

you are facing a problem be careful to putting opinions or assumptions into
your definition maybe avoided because, it makes the problem almost impossible
to solve.
· Be specific and concrete:
It will be difficult to know how to even begin to solving the problem when if
you are too vague when defining your problem.
Step #3: What are my techniques to solve my problem?
It is important to know
whether you have solved your problems and what kind of problem do you solved in
ahead of time. Here are some tips for setting goals:

Be realistic: Make
sure that your goals are achievable; if is not it considered as unrealistic,
you will probably not reach them and you will feel badly.

Be specific: If
your goals are vague, you won’t know when you have reached them.

Start with short-term goals: If
you set goals that can be achieved quickly, you would like to solve your
problem by yourself only. You can set long-term goals and short term goals too,
but make sure that you have ability to solve the problem. With the work
problem, a long-term goal might be to get another job while a short-term goal
might be to reduce your workload.
Step #4: Carrying out the solution
You can make
an action plan that will help you to carry out your solution. If you know how to carry out
your solution and how you are going, to follow through.
Your plan should be as specific and concrete as
possible and to include all the steps that you will need to take to carry out
the solution.
