Tips to handle life ups and downs




Life is an amalgam of ups and downs as it resembles the waves. Sometimes things are up in our life. We feel consistency in everything we do. Life flows in a positive direction and splashes positive vibes around us. And other time things are down. Maybe someone broke your heart, you may feel your energy is deteriorated and you might unable to access the sense of positivity. Before projecting ourselves according to our emotions we take a minute to think that “we should manage emotions rather emotions managing us” because we are humans with some consciousness.

Mental health challenges are becoming the fire edges in everyone’s life as we rely more on our unwanted feelings like fear and anxiety. According to the world health organization, 56 million people are suffering from depression and 38 million people are suffering from anxiety disorders due to high pressure in working environment, over workload, long working hour, family issues and much more. As we know every problem must be having solutions just we need to seek them.

Here are the tips that help to manage up and downs equally in your life:

Keep in mind that, everything that you think is not true:

Nobody will have a stable mindset when you are happy positive thoughts come into your mind. When you are sad, the mind makes a way for negative thoughts so better not to a decision under sad moments.

Stop thinking about those things which makes you unhappy:

Life is an equal proportional of up and downs. It is in your hand to make a variation in that proportion if at all you are thinking more about sad part of your life you will end up getting more proportion of sadness instead you recall about happy moments to make more proportion of happiness your life.

Relax regularly :

You just make time for relaxation in your daily schedule. Add 15 to 20min as a relaxation time in your time table either it could be evening or early morning. You go to the peaceful corner of your home and take a deep breath and feel that you have lost a touch with old breath of negativity and getting touched with a new breath that is full of positivity. A life coach or motivational speaker can help you to come out of negative thoughts and make you think positively in the critical conditions also.

Take a timeshare your feelings with others:

In this people filled world don’t let yourself to be alone, communicate with your family members, friends, and neighbors and share your feeling. Sitting alone will tend to think negatively don’t give chance to your mind to think negatively be more socialized as possible.

Eat well, sleep well and laugh regularly :

Lack of nutrition can cause you depression so maintain balanced food and eat on time to improve your mental health. Have a good sleep at night at least for 6 hours because sleep is one of the natural ways of relaxing your mind and health try to laugh as much as possible that keeps your mind fresh and bring positivity within you.

And keep in mind that nothing is permanent everything has its expiry even your bad moments too. Times passes and the sun will arrive Every day with new energy bringing into your life.
